Each unit provides parking for up to three (3) vehicles directly in front of each unit. No more than three (3) vehicles per unit will be allowed. There will be no “selling” of parking spaces at any time.
Guest parking spaces are not to be used for resident parking. Periodic sweeps of the parking areas will be done and unauthorized vehicles will first be warned and then towed with repeat offenses. Parking is allowed in only those areas designated for parking. No resident or their guest may park in a neighbor’s driveway or carport, without specific approval by the resident of that unit. No parking is allowed off of paved areas, in areas where curb is painted yellow or red, or in any area that blocks the sidewalks or driveways. No vehicle shall block the garbage truck’s access to the garbage container area. Vehicles parked in violation of this agreement will be towed at owner’s expense. Any vehicle that does not run may NOT be stored anywhere on the premises. The use of designated and off-street parking shall be limited to autos and motorcycles, which are properly licensed and insured. No boats, recreational vehicles, utility trailers etc. No vehicle repair, including the changing of oil, shall be made on the premises (including carports and driveways).
